Leg Exercises


Interested in toning your legs or feel better about yourself in general? In order to run that 5k that you so desire to run with your friends, you have to strengthen your legs.

Here are some good moves to do in order to tone your legs:

  • Calf Raises 
  • Wall Balls (Throw a weighted ball toward a specific target and catch it in a squat)  
  • Bridge 
  • Stationary Rowing

  • Box Jumps 
  • Step Ups 
  • Stair Runs
  • Goblet Squat 
  • Kettle Bell Swings
  • Skaters

  • 50 Lunges

Exercise # 3: Perform this exercise 4xs 
  • Run 400 m
