- Liquid of choice (almond milk, soy milk, regular milk, coconut milk, water)
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- Sweetener of choice
- Cinnamon and extra spices of your choice like pumpkin pie spice
- Additional add ons: Protein powder, greek yogurt, whipped cream
