Want to lose that belly flab? Choose two to three exercises a day and do at least thirty of them. It's important that you do not just focus on the abs, but also work your body by doing additional cardio and strength training.

DeleteThanks for viewing this post. I do abs almost everyday. I would recommend doing these ab workouts 5xs a week and mixing it up with other forms of exercises. You cannot do just ab workouts to get flat abs. It's a mix of healthy eating, cardio, strength training, full body workouts and abs.
