Here are some workout ideas. They say that it's important to groove your body for 15-30 minutes a day. Just because you do not have a gym or equipment does not mean that you cannot work out. I do a lot of high intensity workouts at home that are intense and involve lots of sweating and breathing. I hope that these workouts will motivate you to exercise more and reach your goals.
